About the Role

Our team safeguards our clients' platforms, users, and brands by developing cutting-edge tools, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring the seamless execution of our safety strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We need an expert to act as the primary SME for T&S policies, providing clear interpretations, actionable insights, and robust support to operations, quality, and LX teams.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality and LX to analyze policy effectiveness, identify pain points in application, and recommend practical solutions for improved efficiency and consistency.
  • Act as a policy advisor to internal leaders and client contacts, providing concise recommendations that balance user safety, product goals, and commercial realities.
  • Monitor policy application, spot emerging trends or potential issues, and offer data-driven suggestions or solutions for policy refinement and program enhancement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in T&S policy, operations, content moderation, or a similar analytical role.
  • Proven ability to create and refine policy in partnership with large-scale operations environments.
  • Demonstrated experience turning regulatory guidance into frontline-ready SOPs.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing directions with limited guidance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, articulating complex policy concepts clearly and concisely.
