Job Description
- As a Help Desk Technician, you will play a critical role in our team, working closely with clients to resolve technical issues and improve their overall experience.
- Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and resolving client inquiries, escalating complex issues to senior technicians, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
- You will also contribute to the development of knowledge bases and best practices, ensuring that our team stays up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is mandatory, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must possess a strong understanding of IT service management principles and have experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Japanese language is an added advantage.
