Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat, email, and phone calls.
- Clarify customer needs, identify the root cause, select and explain the best solution, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the creation of high-quality documentation for both internal and external use.
- Escalate complex issues to the customer technical support team.
- Participate in specialized projects as experience grows.
- English as primary language; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
- At least one year of experience in live chat customer support for software/SaaS platforms (or equivalent).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and ability to continuously develop and adapt to a growing team.
- Highly organized with the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
