
Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support both financial operations and executive-level administrative tasks.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, the successful candidate will prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with ease.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and reports efficiently.
- Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes professionally.
- Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in accounting and executive support roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Netsuite) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and compliance regulations.
