Our company seeks a talented Client Service Representative to provide exceptional support to clients. The ideal candidate will be the frontline point of contact for employers who require assistance with various inquiries through inbound calls, service requests, and chat.This role involves helping clients manage their business using our solutions, troubleshooting payroll and tax issues, and delivering a seamless client experience by partnering with multiple business units and teams. The representative will also need to learn and continually upgrade knowledge on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools.To excel in this position, candidates must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should also be flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment with varying schedules.
