Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Development Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential healthcare partners, introducing them to our solutions, and helping create new opportunities for our client success team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to healthcare organizations through various channels, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods.
  • Research prospects to personalize outreach and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate introductory meetings for the client success and sales teams.
  • Track outreach activities and share insights that improve future campaigns.
  • Partner with marketing to execute targeted outreach programs.

  • You are a confident communicator who can build trust quickly via phone, email, and social interactions.
  • You are curious and resourceful in researching prospects and identifying opportunities.
  • You are organized, proactive, and motivated to meet engagement goals.
  • You are comfortable with feedback and eager to refine your outreach strategies.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience engaging clinical decision-makers (Directors of Nursing, Administrators).
  • Knowledge of healthcare, SaaS, or AI solutions is highly desirable.
