US Healthcare Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US healthcare recruitment specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and screening of healthcare professionals including nurses, coders, and billers
  • Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment databases and ensuring compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations
Growing Our Business
  • Meeting monthly hiring targets and expanding candidate pipelines and networks
  • Providing market insights to support business growth and suggesting process improvements

  • Staying updated on healthcare recruitment trends and participating in training and knowledge-sharing

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ATS, CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to work night shift/US time zones
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
