Job Description">

This role is responsible for monitoring, deploying, and supporting applications, programs, and software solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with development teams, infrastructure partners, and internal/external clients to raise and resolve technical support incidents.

Key responsibilities include analyzing application systems to prevent incidents from reoccurring, expanding knowledge base of operating procedures/runbooks for supported applications, collaborating within the team to resolve application alerts, and implementing assigned steps of disaster recovery scripts during planned and unplanned outages.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience working with Snowflake, Talend, or other ETL tools, as well as ServiceNow and CA Autosys scheduler knowledge.

Talents needed for success include:

  • Experience in working on ServiceNow
  • Service now and CA autosys scheduler knowledge, with basic knowledge to prepare JIL scripts
  • Knowledge of SQL, PowerBI report, scripting languages like Python/Shell scripting would be an added benefit
  • Knowledge of SaaS based applications
  • AWS or Azure experience would be a good value add
Required Skills and Qualifications">

Minimum 4+ years of related experience in software development and technical support.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
