Foreign Exchange Risk Management Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Foreign Exchange Analyst to join our finance team.

This role is critical to managing exposure to foreign currency fluctuations across multiple currencies.

  • Monitor and manage the company's foreign currency exposure across all markets and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts of incoming and outgoing foreign currency flows to support cash flow planning and risk management.
  • Develop hedging strategies to minimize FX risk in line with the company's risk tolerance.
  • Reconcile FX transactions and provide regular reporting on FX exposures, gains/losses, and hedging performance.
  • Maintain relationships with financial institutions to ensure competitive rates and service levels.
  • Ensure all FX activities comply with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement improvements to FX risk management processes, systems, and tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of foreign exchange markets, financial instruments, and hedging techniques. They will also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with multi-currency environments—ideally in the travel or tourism industry.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; experience with treasury management systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
