Job Summary

This Operational Resilience Manager position is responsible for ensuring the organization's operational resilience, while addressing standard and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

The Operational Resilience Manager will support the development of the Operational Resilience methodology and other risk domains that are part of Resilience Risk. This includes Business Continuity, Third Party, Incident and Crisis, and Disaster Recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Operational Resilience strategy to ensure business continuity management framework and controls are integrated with and strengthen the organization's operational resilience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, comments, and challenges, and provide a comprehensive tracking mechanism to manage change.
  • Provide oversight for resilience risk metrics, identify potential breaches, and recommend actions.
  • Develop training materials and facilitate trainings as necessary.
  • Promote a strong risk culture and oversee relevant risk culture assessment processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operational risk management, with strong experience and a well-understood connection with Crisis Management, Incident Management, Disaster Recovery, and Third Party Risk Management.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes, risks, and controls.
  • Broad knowledge of financial services/insurance business and related products.
  • High proficiency in MS Office products and data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Able to work flexible shifts including mid-shifts and nights.
