Job Title: Senior Vendor Risk Analyst

The Senior Vendor Risk Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring effective risk management of vendors globally.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Partnering with business units and internal subject matter experts to identify and evaluate all risks and risk mitigation strategies associated with high-risk vendors.
  2. Ensuring Pre-Screening Questionnaires and Inherent risk questionnaires are completed on a timely manner and required actions are taken.
  3. Participating in pre-contract due diligence of high-risk vendors, assessing impact of risk assessments on vendor evaluation and selection.
  4. Reassessing the risks associated with high-risk vendors prior to the renewal of contract agreements.
  5. Proactively monitoring all vendors for emerging risks and providing business partners with visibility.

Key skills and qualifications include 3+ years' experience in vendor management or third-party risk, operational or enterprise risk, internal audit or corporate procurement or contracts. Additional requirements include knowledge of risk practices, procedures, and principles, as well as strong PC skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Required traits include strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated ability to meet deliverables on time, and exceptional multitasking skills with an aptitude to make informed decisions under pressure.
