Risk Management Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a risk management position at our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing various business risks.

The successful Risk Management Staff will assist in the development and execution of risk management strategies to minimize potential liabilities and ensure the organization operates smoothly and securely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and evaluations across departments and projects.
  • Support the implementation of internal audit programs.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective risk management policies and procedures.
  • Perform regular operational audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor progress of process cases reported.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate annual ISO accreditation and compliance processes.
  • Analyze risk data to gain insights into improving risk mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain risk reports to track potential and existing risks.
  • Document internal audits and risk management reviews as needed to enhance processes.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support services to assist in business and operational functions.
  • Support all audit activities, process enhancements, data management, and analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Process or Employee-facing role preferred.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, advanced Excel skills, analytical abilities, problem-solving aptitude, organizational skills, efficient time management, attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and strong communication skills.
  • Candidates should have a drive for excellence, ability to work independently, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
