Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage foreign currency exposure across all markets and suppliers.
  • Predict incoming and outgoing foreign currency flows to inform cash flow planning and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior finance professionals to develop hedging strategies that minimize FX risk within the company's risk tolerance framework.
  • Reconcile FX transactions and provide regular reporting on FX exposures, gains/losses, and hedging performance metrics.
  • Maintain relationships with financial institutions to ensure competitive rates and service levels.
  • Evaluate compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements for all FX activities.

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets, financial instruments, and hedging techniques.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with multi-currency environments—ideally in the travel industry.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; experience with treasury management systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with a proactive approach.
  • Professional certification is an advantage.
  • Experience working with global suppliers and payments platforms.
