Key Role in Business Growth

This position is pivotal to the organization's business development and sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sustainable financial growth.

Job Description:

The role encompasses various activities such as lead generation, sales, project management, product management, account management, vendor management, and post-sales activities. This includes after-sales requirements, card distribution, prefunding, technical alignment, internal coordination, and general resolutions of issues and concerns.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end process of brand activations, account partnerships, and OTA integration.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets based on assigned annual budgets, positively contributing to team targets for the ecosystem (cards, implementation, solutions, new business).
  • Explore market opportunities based on assigned territories and drive financial growth through boosting sales growth in areas of oversight aligned with business development goals, direction, and strategies.

  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to prepare business cases to study viability of projects.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work effectively within teams and independently.
Education and Work Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communication, business, or related fields.
  • Proven work experience in business development and sales.
  • Solid knowledge of business development and sales processes.
  • At least two years of account management experience.
