Remote French Language Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a highly skilled customer support specialist who is fluent in both French and English to serve our clients through inbound calls, live chat, and email. The ideal candidate will have experience working remotely and be proficient in tools such as Gorgias or Zendesk.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers.
- Ensure timely, clear, and helpful customer interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Build strong relationships by personalizing each interaction.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent service standards.
- 1+ year of remote/online customer service experience.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems is an asset.
- A reliable computer or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
- A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
