French-Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers.
- As the primary point of contact, you will serve our French-speaking customers via phone, live chat, or email.
- You will ensure timely, clear, and helpful responses to every customer inquiry.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Develop strong relationships by personalizing each interaction.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain consistent and high-quality service.
Requirements:
- At least one year of remote/online experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Bilingual customer support experience is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar tools is a plus.
Tech Requirements:
- A reliable computer or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
- A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
