French Language Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional support in both French and English through voice and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Build strong relationships by personalizing each interaction
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Share customer feedback and insights to inform process improvements
- 1+ year of remote/online experience in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual customer support experience is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar tools is beneficial
- Calm and solution-focused under pressure
- Familiarity with E-Commerce and CRM systems is beneficial
- Fluency in French and English is required
