Job Title: CSR Healthcare Account

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the healthcare industry. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

About the Role:

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course or have some college education with relevant work experience.
  • Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English required.
Responsibilities:

The representative will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and services in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns through effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
Additional Requirements:

In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Four-year college degree with or without work experience.
  • Completed two years in college with six months of work experience in customer service.
  • Above-average English communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
