- Handle customer accounts in collections, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of outstanding balances, and negotiate payment arrangements when necessary.">
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account updates in the company database.">
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in healthcare account management to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.">
Requirements:
