  • Handle customer accounts in collections, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of outstanding balances, and negotiate payment arrangements when necessary.">
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account updates in the company database.">
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in healthcare account management to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.">

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of AthenaOne EMR software.">
  • Demonstrated experience in handling collections accounts and familiarity with collections practices and regulations.">
