Job Summary:

A Sales Engineer plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue for the organization. They will be responsible for leading a sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while maintaining valuable customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering with experience in structural, architectural, and infrastructure disciplines.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the assigned market segments aligned with company growth initiatives.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of construction project leads and opportunities ensuring a balanced distribution of construction stages tender, demos, mock-up, commercial, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product managers to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Ensure customer information is regularly captured and logged into the CRM system.
  • Target potential customers through various sales activities and marketing events focusing on key account customers and providing them with technical solutions and product demonstrations.
  • Cultivate customer relationships develop new markets and ensure that the sales team achieves individual and team goals.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer with over 10 years of formal engineering experience in the construction Industry.
  • Familiarity with material estimates BOQ and BOM interpretation is an advantage.
  • Background in Quality Control is a plus.
  • Leadership skills managing a team are essential.
