Key Responsibilities:
  • To resolve customer queries efficiently using technical expertise and problem-solving skills, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • To receive and respond to user inquiries via telephone, email or case tracking system with professionalism, speed, accuracy and proficiency.
  • To deliver quality results and ensure rapid turnaround of work, adhering to agreed-upon procedures and standards.
  • To develop a comprehensive understanding and mastery of all tools and systems.
  • To stay updated on products, policies, procedures and other operational issues.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Service Desk, Helpdesk or Technical Support roles.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English language.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good process mapping abilities.
  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset.
