Job Overview

This role focuses on developing and executing strategies to optimize supply chain operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and implement process enhancements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other tools.
  • System Management: Assist in managing SCM systems (ERP-Fusion, Kissflow, SRM, CLM) to support operational needs and strategic objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute SCM strategies aligned with the company's goals, providing data, market insights, and business analytics to inform management decisions.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring clear definition and communication to stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Facilitate the adoption of process improvements and changes within the SCM department, contributing to innovation and digitalization efforts.
Requirements
  • Skills: Supply Chain Management, Communication, Customer Focus, Industry Knowledge, Analytical Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Technology Skills.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in procurement or related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
