Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Strategist to lead our supply chain operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers across the US.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with remote teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Strategy & Operations:
    • Develop and implement end-to-end strategies to optimize the supply chain, from sourcing materials to final delivery to end consumer or business.
    • Manage, track, and optimize outbound logistics from supplier to warehouse daily to ensure timely delivery and avoid fines.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and align procurement strategies accordingly.
  • Logistics & Inventory Management:
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing holding costs.
    • Create regular Purchase Orders using inventory planning software and in-house systems, following established criteria with transparent documentation of quantity determinations.
    • Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers across the US.
    • Implement OKRs to monitor supply chain health, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
