Job Overview

This role involves leading a team of virtual assistants, ensuring alignment between their performance and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations, planning, and problem-solving to meet client-set targets
  • Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability
  • Work with clients to grow their businesses through Global Medical's services
  • Medical Client-VA management
  • Client needs management with Global Medical's services (concern mitigation, growth anticipation, pattern identification, situation handling, etc.)
Qualifications and Skills
  • Preferrably hold a degree in a medical or healthcare-related field
  • At least three years of Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management experience (familiarity with operational processes)
  • High proficiency in the English Language (written and oral)
  • Ability to perform under pressure, work in a team environment, and maintain high-level professional relationships
  • Self-motivated, focused, organized, and possessing a growth mindset
  • Training and Development experience preferred but not required
  • Able to think outside the box: understand requirements and create solutions when necessary
  • Efficient use of MS Office applications and Google Suite
  • Willinngness to work night shifts
