Accounts Receivable Specialist Role

This role is an excellent opportunity to work as a key member of our finance team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes with strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Reconcile financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Oversee collections, credit approvals, and vendor payment processes
  • Develop cash flow projections and optimize financial reporting
  • Lead automation and efficiency improvements for the financial team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine financial policies
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments related to financial operations
  • Handle complex transactions requiring expert financial knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable, auditing, or financial reconciliation
  • Expert-level knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience handling high-volume transactions
