We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:
  • Customer Service Expertise: Possess strong communication skills, providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and coordinating timely product restocking.
  • Order Fulfillment Specialist: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shipping orders to guarantee timely delivery.
  • E-commerce Platform Administrator: Have a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, specifically in creating, editing, and maintaining accurate product listings.
  • Data Entry Clerk: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions in databases.
  • Reporting Analyst: Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary contact for online customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  2. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and timely restocking of products.
  3. Oversight of the order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shipping orders to guarantee timely delivery.
  4. Creation, editing, and maintenance of product listings on e-commerce platforms.
  5. Maintenance of accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions in databases.
  6. Generation of regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to support informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and process orders promptly.
  • Inventory Management Experience: Proven track record in monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and coordinating timely product restocking.
  • Order Fulfillment Capability: Demonstrated ability to oversee the entire order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shipping orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • E-commerce Platform Proficiency: Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly in creating, editing, and maintaining accurate product listings.
  • Data Management Skills: Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions in databases.
  • Analytical and Reporting Abilities: Capability to generate and interpret reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to support decision-making.
