Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team.

This role involves the verification of sales orders, monitoring of accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with credit policies. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and release blocked sales orders daily based on established credit limits
  • Identify causes of and resolve open items daily
  • Monitor compliance with credit policies
  • Track expiry of security covers and ensure timely renewal
  • Monitor overdue accounts, identify causes, and coordinate collection efforts
  • Review account aging, send collection letters, and recommend actions for long-standing accounts
  • Bill and collect penalties for late payments
  • Analyze variances against targets for actual DSOs and past-due percentages
  • Monitor collection progress for restructured accounts
  • Coordinate with customer accounting representatives for reconciliations
  • Analyze customer ordering patterns and recommend solutions
  • Address customer inquiries regarding statements of account
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Accountancy (CPA preferred)
  • Degree in Business or Finance Management (considered)
  • Prior experience in financial collections and/or debt management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
