We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist - Social Media Expert to join our team. This full-time position offers a flexible work-from-home setup and competitive compensation.

**Job Description:**

Social Media Strategy Development

As a Digital Marketing Strategist - Social Media Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals. You will identify and target key audiences to maximize engagement and conversions, develop compelling content for various platforms, and schedule and manage posts to ensure a consistent online presence.

Content Creation and Collaboration

You will collaborate with designers and writers to create high-quality multimedia content, including visual storytelling and copywriting. Your expertise in managing social media platforms and tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer, is essential for this role.

Analytics and Reporting

You will track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices is crucial for this position.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management
  • Expertise in managing social media platforms and tools
  • Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics or platform-specific insights
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising and SEO is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a flexible work-from-home setup and competitive compensation: $4-$6/hourly.
