The Partnerships Manager role is a key position within our organization, responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic leader who can identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities. This involves managing outreach, negotiations, and deal execution to close partnerships agreements that drive measurable growth.
Key responsibilities include developing joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing campaigns with partners, as well as tracking and analyzing partnership performance.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of building and scaling successful partnerships in SaaS or growth-stage tech companies.
Requirements- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
- Proven success in building and scaling partnerships that generate tangible business impact
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically to deliver results
- Familiarity with marketing technology, SaaS ecosystems, and B2B growth strategies
- Experience in affiliate, channel, or platform partnerships
- Existing network in the SaaS / martech ecosystem
- Exposure to global markets and distributed teams
