Key Account Development Opportunity

The ideal candidate will work closely with high-value clients, fostering strong relationships and driving growth through strategic account management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customized account strategies to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for onboarding, adoption, and ongoing account strategy, ensuring seamless client experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and drive business results.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand existing relationships.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on account performance, health, and usage.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention goals are met.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services for a SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech company.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and automation workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and drive growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
