Key Leadership Position

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and creating an environment that fosters growth and development among your colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team members regarding processes or products.
  • Collaborate with training associates to ensure new hires are properly equipped to succeed.
  • Monitor calls and tickets to ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Provide nightly updates or end-of-day reports to stakeholders.
  • Handle calls and tickets as needed while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
  • Participate in quality assurance audits to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Regularly review team attendance and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Keep leadership informed of any issues or updates related to accounts.

Requirements:

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • A solid background in performance management principles.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting schedules and flexibility regarding work hours.
  • Excellent coaching knowledge and skills.
  • Capacity to work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with call center tools and processes.
  • Ability to develop plans and lead teams by allocating resources, assigning tasks, coordinating, communicating, and participating in activities necessary to achieve company objectives.
