Project Director

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with experience in delivering complex projects across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of multiple client projects, manage a team of Project Managers, and coordinate with design, development, and QA leads to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of multiple client projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Manage a team of Project Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and QA, to ensure resources are aligned and projects are delivered efficiently.
  • Track timelines, milestones, and blockers, proactively escalating risks when necessary to ensure project success.
  • Serve as a key client contact for delivery-related updates, check-ins, and issue resolution, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with leadership to continuously improve delivery processes and team capabilities, identifying areas for growth and implementing strategies for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, or digital operations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/hybrid delivery practices, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strategic thinker, able to analyze problems and develop creative solutions to drive business growth and success.
