    • Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll management, and modern HR tools.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to navigate and collaborate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
    • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Additonal HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, CHRM, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
    • Experience working in regional or global HR roles.
    • Exposure to HR technology platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
    • Background in change management, mergers & acquisitions, or organizational restructuring.
    • Experience handling EHS compliance within HR.
    • Multilingual skills (e.g., Japanese, Mandarin) for regional collaboration.
    • Experience in HR analytics and AI-driven recruitment tools.
