Job Title:

M3 Global Research is the global leader in digital solutions for the healthcare industry, providing market research recruitment and support services to clients worldwide.

The Business Unit Mission of M3 is to manage thousands of online interviews annually, utilizing QualStage, a secure and user-friendly platform that replicates in-person research experiences. As the business continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled Qualitative Interview Host to assist the Market Research Project Management team.

This role involves:

  • Technical Support: Providing technical assistance for internal and external users of QualStage.
  • Evaluating Technical Needs: Evaluating user technical support needs and offering assistance in a timely manner.
  • Interview Preparation: Preparing respondents for scheduled interviews on time.
  • Interview Facilitation: Facilitating interview starts and providing troubleshooting support as needed.
  • Training Support: Supporting moderator and interpreter trainings prior to project commencement.
  • Triage and Communication: Triage and communicating issues to the QualStage Product Owner and Engineering team.
  • Documentation: Documenting technical issues and resolutions to support customers and improve internal processes.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Languages: Multilingual in at least one language: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese.

A strong candidate will possess:

  • Customer Service Skills: Experience supporting customers with qualitative online platforms preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems and product suites; internet browsers including Safari, Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Firefox as well as Apple and Android mobile devices.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Previous customer service or call centre experience is an asset.
