We are seeking a Service Desk Director to join our team in Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service desk function and ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.
- Lead a team of service desk engineers to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the service desk function.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize service requests.
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests and meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the incident management process to minimize downtime and maximize uptime.
- Develop and implement knowledge management processes to improve first-call resolution rates.
- Collaborate with the quality team to identify and address quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
