Main Responsibilities
  • Compose thoughtful responses to customer requests.
  • Triage incoming requests and identify trends to flag for the wider team.
  • Interact with customers to provide accurate information with empathy and professionalism.
  • Log, manage, and follow up on all customer support tickets.
  • Perform problem-solving tasks, answer product-related questions, and ensure issues are properly documented.
  • Proactively monitor dashboards and platforms, offering support when needed.
  • Ensure timely escalation of issues to meet expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
