Job Title: Inventory Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the system of control procedures and documentation for all inventory-related transactions, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic inventory counts at terminals, depots, and warehouses
  • Prepare and submit monthly inventory reconciliation reports for validation and posting of variances and transactions
  • Closely work with Operations personnel to validate transactions and ensure accurate recording of stock movements
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports, including the List of Purchases and Stock Transfer Listings with 4-point analysis and Importation Listings
  • Coordinate directly with Operations personnel to ensure accurate recording of stock movements and prepare audit schedules, including inventory audit reports and roll forwards
  • Provide inventory reports as requested, including but not limited to DOE and BIR inventory-related reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field is preferred but not required
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, inventory management, cost accounting, or financial accounting
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP (Inventory and Financial Modules) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google applications
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, data analysis, and inventory management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, willing to travel
  • A collaborative team player
