Senior Client Relationship Specialist

This is a key position within our organization, focused on developing and retaining commercial-mid market, enterprise, and strategic accounts.
- The primary goal of this role is to drive continued retention and growth of partnerships, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to partner needs and objectives.
In order to achieve this goal, the Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to their partners
- Onboarding partners, transitioning from a newly launched status
- Proactively researching client company to stay up-to-date on rebranding, organization changes, overall print needs, seasonality, etc.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting partner relationships
- Forecasting and tracking account metrics, reviewing sales reports to determine account management strategy within their portfolio of accounts
- Effectively handling escalations and difficult conversations independently, leveraging the Customer Care team and management if/when necessary to resolve issues
