Client Services Manager Job Description

This is a critical role that requires strong technical acumen, excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Provision: Bring Your Own Device
  • Schedule: 11AM - 8PM Manila

A typical day for this Client Services Manager includes client ownership and relationship management, onboarding and implementation, client enablement and platform advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management.
  • Skills: Strong technical acumen, excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, project management and organizational abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, IT, Communications, or related field.
