About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to oversee and nurture client relationships, manage critical projects, and drive customer success.

This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service aligned with our mission.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of key client accounts across global markets to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Building strong client relationships and aligning offerings with their business goals.
  • Identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitoring account performance, preparing reports, and presenting actionable insights.
  • Representing us as a brand ambassador in client interactions and industry events.

Key aspects of this role include partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure client retention and operational excellence, adopting a client-first approach with a proactive, innovative mindset, and driving growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in International Sales, Strategy Consulting, hyper-growth startups, Investment Banking, or similar roles with a proven leadership track record.
  • Global sales or client management experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and resourcefulness.
  • The ability to manage stakeholders effectively across geographies.
