Job Overview

This is a Recruitment Associate role responsible for Client Matching. It is a Full Time, Remote position Open to Fresh Grads.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our candidate pool and clients to ensure high-quality placements, balancing relationship management and process execution.

Key responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating top candidates from our existing talent pool, scheduling and conducting multiple interviews during the shift, handling coordination requests between candidates and Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams, creating detailed evaluation reports, and working toward monthly goals ensuring recommendations meet client standards and quality expectations.
