Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Client Onboarding Associate. This role will play a crucial part in building strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and providing exceptional support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1 intake calls with new clients to gather insights into their goals, work habits, and delegation style.
- Set clear expectations for the partnership and identify areas for improvement.
- Determine client fit for our services and provide recommendations for next steps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition throughout the onboarding journey.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and insights in internal tools.
- Continuously look for ways to improve onboarding efficiency, client readiness, and long-term retention outcomes.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in onboarding, customer success, or a related field.
- Bonus points if you have worked in a marketplace or human services model prioritizing client fit, retention, and behavioral coaching.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and guide clients through nuanced conversations.
- A critical thinker who can make thoughtful recommendations and translate qualitative inputs into clear assessments.
- High attention to detail and process discipline to track key insights across tools and systems.
- Comfort navigating dynamic, remote-first environments with rapid growth.
- A client-first mindset focused on long-term outcomes.
