About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager - Modern Trade to lead our Key Accounts or clusters, driving business growth and strengthening partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing modern trade and national key accounts, with a strong business network within the Key Accounts managed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and proposing decisions that support operations and business growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. They will also be expected to develop and guide direct reports and third-party partners, ensuring business continuity and competency development.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
  • At least 2 years of people management experience in the FMCG industry, with direct management of the SM group.
  • Proven experience managing modern trade and national key accounts.
  • A strong business network within the Key Accounts managed.
  • Adept in marketing strategies, sales techniques, product demonstrations, and control systems.
  • Highly analytical, with strong numerical ability and proficiency in MS applications.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
