About the role

Join Metro Drug, Inc. as a Key Account Specialist based in GMA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts and building long-term, profitable relationships. Your work will be crucial in driving sales growth and achieving the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing
  1. Develop and execute account management strategies to strengthen partnerships with key customers.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues or concerns.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts.
  4. Regularly review account performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement plans to increase sales and profitability.
  5. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all account activities and interactions.
  6. Support the broader sales team by sharing market insights and best practices.
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management or key account sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  2. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence at all levels.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs.
  5. Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to track and report on account performance.
  6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
