Qualifications and Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in US payroll and benefits administration is required, with expertise in managing multi-state payroll and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in ADP, Workday, Paycom, or Gusto.
  • Knowledge of US labor laws, payroll taxes, and benefits regulations.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Preferred Certifications:

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) (a plus).
