We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Payroll Specialist to join our team at Cyod.

About the Role

This role is responsible for accurately processing payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

You will work closely with other Departments to review their processes in reporting of spiffs, bonus pays, and salaries, ensuring data received is correct before importing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to payroll inquiries regarding salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits and tactfully address complaints and make payroll adjustments as needed.
  • Complete appropriate changes to employee direct deposits, tax changes, benefit changes, etc.; investigate questionable forms prior to processing.
  • Handle payroll cycle steps for all employee changes such as terminations, transfers, promotions, rehires, new hires, leave of absence, and state moves.
