Trading Support Professional

The role of Trading Support Professional is to provide exceptional assistance to a prop trading business through meticulous data tracking, trade execution oversight, financial dashboard management, and administrative coordination.

This position demands precision, consistency, and reliability in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Trade Data Management: Create and maintain accurate trade tracking systems in Google Sheets, Notion, or analytics tools like TradeZella.
  • Business Financial Dashboard Development: Build and update master financial dashboards for prop firm accounts, payouts, and profits.
  • Trade Execution Oversight: Monitor trading strategies at Forex rollover daily, troubleshoot and escalate trade execution issues immediately, and organize and log backtest results by pair and strategy.

The ideal candidate will work with MetaTrader 5 (MT5), Google Sheets / Notion, Telegram / Slack / Email, and cloud storage (Google Drive or Dropbox) to ensure seamless collaboration and information exchange.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and demonstrate attention to detail in a dynamic trading environment.
