  • The Career Development Facilitator will also be responsible for monitoring training effectiveness, analyzing insights, and recommending program enhancements to align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs that meet the assessed training needs of employees.
  • Provide real-time feedback, coaching, and technical support to employees, including team leads progressing through leadership levels.
  • Serve as a backup and support team operations when needed, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant engagement and program effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in career development and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
