Agile Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Agile Practitioner to facilitate our organization's global support team. In this role, you will unlock your potential by bringing humanity to business through agile practices and fostering collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coach the team on Agile principles tailored to our system.
  2. Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
  3. Act as a servant leader by identifying and resolving roadblocks related to our system.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to address dependencies and challenges impacting system functionality or project timelines.
  5. Encourage self-organization and accountability within the team.
  6. Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlogs are properly groomed and prioritized.
  7. Facilitate communication between teams.
  8. Mentor team members on agile best practices.
  9. Track key performance indicators like system uptime, response times, sprint burndown, and cycle time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with demonstrated experience managing enterprise systems.
  • Proven expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching agile teams working on enterprise-level systems.
  • Proven proficiency with agile project management software.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving skills, and strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
