Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist in project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are tracked. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.

This role involves maintaining marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and internal documentation, as well as supporting the team with data entry, reporting, and campaign performance tracking. Additionally, the coordinator will coordinate client communications and facilitate timely approvals, assist in the preparation of marketing presentations, proposals, and reports, and manage administrative tasks including invoice processing and vendor coordination.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting, have a collaborative and proactive mindset, and be familiar with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, GBP, and TikTok.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing support, coordination, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
